Returns and Refunds
1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return, with no need to provide a reason (this exceeds the 14-day minimum required under EU consumer protection law).
2. Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with original packaging and tags (where applicable).
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.
- The following items are excluded from returns, unless defective: custom or made-to-order products, perishable goods, or items that are not suitable for return due to health/hygiene reasons once unsealed.
3. How to Request a Return
- Email us at info@nyroxlab.com with your order number and reason for return.
- You will receive return instructions (including the return address) within 24-48 business hours.
- Ship the item back following the instructions provided.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Change-of-mind returns (non-defective items): return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise stated.
- Defective or incorrect items: we cover return shipping costs and, if applicable, the cost of reshipping the correct item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@nyroxlab.com within 48-72 hours of delivery, including photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
6. Refunds
Once a return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective items or our error.
7. Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order as long as it has not yet shipped, by contacting our support email as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, it must be processed as a return upon receipt.
