Shipping and Delivery
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed and packed within [1-3 business days] of payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page (for example, for custom or made-to-order items).
2. Shipping Zones and Timeframes

These timeframes are estimates and do not include possible delays beyond our control (customs processing, weather conditions, carrier issues, local holidays).
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight, and dimensions of the order, and are clearly displayed before checkout is completed.
4. Customs and Import Duties (International Orders)
For international orders, the recipient may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor delivery status.
6. Undelivered or Lost Packages
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or not collected from the delivery point, reshipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. If a package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@nyroxlab.com to initiate a claim with the carrier.
