- Condition for Returns: To be eligible, the suitcase must be completely unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- Defective Products: If your item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect. We will arrange a free replacement.
- Return Shipping Costs: Unless the product is defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
